Within our fast-growing scale-up, we are looking for a Head of Growth who is eager to expand Fangage on a global scale! As the Head of Growth you will be responsible for the commercial results and success of Fangage. We are well-funded and have the resources and network to grow rapidly and achieve our huge expansion plans in the following years. As the Head of Growth you will be responsible for the growth- and marketing strategy of Fangage and you will have the opportunity to take part in shaping the Growth Team in the future. The role

As Head of Growth you will be responsible for the acquisition, churn and retention of our active and possible new markets. We target athletes, artists and other influencers to join our platform and use our content strategies to connect with their followers. You will report directly to management and be responsible to develop our lead generation strategies, creator success program (and monetization) and overall conversion optimization. To make it concrete, here are some of your main responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing & Sales efforts, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative;

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing & Sales department;

  • Set, monitor and report on team goals;

  • Design and optimize positioning and pricing strategies;

  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material);

  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas;

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;

  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans;

  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features);

  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness;

  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Job requirements

  • A track record of successfully scaling marketing in the SaaS/E-commerce/Marketplaces industry (min 5+ years);

  • Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business, having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan in international markets;

  • Experience using multi-channel approaches to identify, capture and nurture marketing qualified leads through the sales funnel and pipeline;

  • Experience managing SEO/SEA/display campaigns/marketing automation/CRO and A/B testing

  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Marketing Platform;

  • Can-do mentality, strong personality, able to drive change across all levels of the organization;

  • Fluent spoken and written English is required, Dutch is a bonus.

About Fangage 

A few years ago, Sam Feldt saw that he had over a million followers on his social media accounts as an artist but realized they were not really his. He was only reaching about 2% of his followers and did not understand why he did not have access to his own followers? Out of that frustration, Fangage was born.
